Director of Digital & Commercial Operations

Neil Blagden is Director of Digital & Commercial Operations at Vodafone UK, with responsibility for Commercial Operations, Digital, Consumer Care, Enterprise Care, Global Billing Operations, Strategy & Transformation and Customer Experience for all UK customers across our mobile, fixed, converged and internet of things (IoT) services. Before this Neil worked at Direct Line Group (DLG) as Director of Customer Experience & Conduct with responsibility for customer experience, digital service, change, conduct risk and quality assurance.

While at DLG Neil also held the position of Director of Business Services responsible for customer support, customer relations, planning, risk, internal comms and continuous improvement. Neil has also held various consulting roles with PwC, EY and Accenture, where he focused on customer transformation from strategy to implementation across Financial Services, Telecoms, Finance, Health and Utility clients.
