Vodafone evolves small business solutions to help UK businesses thrive

Vodafone UK today launched the next evolution to its Small Business Solutions: market leading mobile plans for small businesses that go beyond the traditional ‘minutes, text and data’ offer and provide a total solution for businesses with 1-9 employees. Customers can select from a rich range of features depending on their business needs; including Email and Maps Pass (allowing customers to use selected apps without using up their data allowance) and Vodafone Rapid1 (which can get a replacement phone to customers within four hours).

Small businesses make up 94% of all UK businesses2 and play an essential role in the UK economy; 79% of owners say connectivity is essential to the running of their business3. Vodafone’s Small Business Solutions provide more features than any other business tariff available in the UK today; and have been developed with the ambition to help small businesses to thrive.

Customers can choose a plan best suited to their needs. Other available features include:

  • Business Support – providing access to legal and HR support online, over the phone or in-person.
  • Device Support – an App to back up, protect and optimise devices.
  • PayPal Here or Mobile Wi-Fi device – enabling businesses to accept credit card or contactless payments, or to connect up to five devices to the internet – great for working on the go.
  • Prime Contact – a named advisor.

Business Value

Available from £12 a month

The Business Value solution gives customers unlimited calls and texts, Vodafone’s Secure Net security solution, inclusive European roaming and worldwide roaming in more than 60 destinations for just £5 extra a day. Plans are available with data from 500MB and 6GB.

 

Business Premier

Available from £21 a month

The Business Premier solution includes even more options, such as Prime Contact and Damage Insurance with Vodafone Rapid – Vodafone’s 4-hour phone replacement service*. It also includes the Email and Maps Pass, Device Support, with 100GB of cloud storage and bank-level encryption to keep files safe whilst on the go; Business Support, which provides free access to specialist legal and HR support; and a free PayPal Here or Mobile Wi-Fi Device. Data options are available up to 60GB

 

Business Black

Available from £100 a month

The Business Black solution including everything in the 60GB Business Premier plan, along with the choice of any device. Ideal for those who do business internationally, it includes 500 international minutes to call from the UK to our Business Traveller destinations and no additional charges for roaming in our Business Traveller World Zone.

 

Business Black Global

Available from £250 a month

The Business Black Global solution is the ultimate mobile plan for an expanding or international small business team. Along with everything included in Business Black, it includes a set allowance of 3GB of data, 500 texts and 500 minutes a month to use in over 110 destinations outside our World Zone.
